Working Process
A working process is a series of steps taken to complete a task or project efficiently
Preparation
Worker Preparation, Storage Warehouse Preparation, Local Area Socialization, Material Preparation, Material Installation, Machine Mobilization, and Material Mobilization.
Briefing
Pre-work briefing conveys the work plan, task division, tool and material readiness, and K3 reminders. It ensures the team understands potential hazards and emphasizes coordination for safe, efficient execution.
Foundation
To define the operations involved during SMC foundation construction and the procedures for each activity to ensure compliance with the technical specification and safety to plant and personnel.
Erection
Tower erection begins after the concrete pad has cured for at least 14 days post-casting. The first step is sorting tower components based on the tower type as specified in the tower schedule.
Stringing
Once the tower is ready for stringing, preparation begins by determining winch and drum stand locations, installing insulators and pulley blocks, checking tower and foundation conditions, setting up bamboo scaffolding at crossings, and installing body and ground skur near the winch and brake machines.
Testing and Commissioning
Testing of transmission network equipment follows the technical specifications in the RKS. All materials must pass routine or sample tests at the factory or on-site as needed. Type tests require certificates from independent, internationally recognized laboratories to ensure compliance with specifications.
